Spiced Cider Mojito

    • 1 1/2 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum®
    • 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Applefest
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. fresh apple cider
    • 3 lime wedges, cut in half
    • 5 fresh mint leaves
    • 1/2 oz. cinnamon simple syrup
    • splash of Ginger Ale
Method:
1. In a 14 oz. glass, muddle together mint, limes, Green Apple, and simple syrup. Fill with ice and add Rum, Applefest, and cider. Top with Boston Shaker and shake well. Pour back into glass, top with ice, and fill with Ginger Ale. Flip it one time to evenly distribute Ginger Ale and serve.
