Strawberry & Grapefruit Collins

    • 1 1/2 oz. Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka
    • 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. freshly squeezed & strained lemon juice
    • 3/4 oz. rock candy syrup or simple syrup
    • 2 1/2 oz. club soda
    • strawberry for garnish
Method:
1. Combine ingredients, except for club soda, into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Fill a Zombie/Collins glass with ice. Fill the ice filled glass, 1/3 full of club soda. Strain cocktail over club soda. Gently stir. Garnish with a strawberry propped onto the rim of the glass. Serve.
