    • 2 oz. vodka
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper,  thawed
    • ginger beer
    • 2 dashes bitters (optional)
    • lemon wedge (for garnish)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass, combine vodka, Thai Basil & Black Pepper and ice. Shake vigorously with a Boston Shake and strain into a high ball glass. Top with ginger beer and optionally add 2 dashes of bitters. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
