Tamarind, Blood Orange, and Chipotle Glaze

   • 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind,  thawed
    • 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 tsp. chipotle pepper, pureed
    • Salt; to taste
Method:
1. In a saucepan combine the Tamarind puree, Blood Orange Concentrate, and chipotle pepper.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and reduce to a glaze consistency.
3. Season with salt to taste and hold warm.
