Thai Basil and Apricot Mule Thai Basil and Apricot Mule 1 drink Jules Aron, The Healthy Bartender • 1 1/2 oz. gin • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice • ginger beer • crystallized ginger candy (garnish) Method: 1. Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer and crystallized ginger in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with crystallized ginger. Serve.
