    • 2 oz. Encanto Grand & Noble Pisco
    • .5 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree
    • .5 oz. lemon juice
    • .5 oz. chamomile honey (see instructions below)
    • 2 dashes of bitters
Chamomile Honey:
    • 1 cup wildflower honey
    • 1 cup water
    • 4 tablespoons dried chamomile

Method:
1. Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with edible flowers. Chamomile Honey: Heat all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Let cool completely and strain out chamomile.
