The Basil-Pear Martini The Basil-Pear Martini 1 drink Don O'Byrne, Don Juanz Baja Beach Tacos • 1 oz. premium vodka • 4 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Thai Basil & Black Pepper, thawed • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Pear Puree, thawed • 1/2 oz. Kern’s Pear Nectar • 1 dash light green food coloring • 1 wedge pear (for garnish-lightly coated with fresh, course ground, red & black pepper) Method: 1. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into serving glass. Garnish with pear wedge and serve.
