    • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
    • 1/4 oz. Cointreau
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 oz. soda
    • 1 serrano slice (thickness of a nickel) (muddle)
    • lime wedge (garnish)
    • serrano slice (garnish)
Method:
1. Combine ingredients except soda into mixing glass and muddle. Shake. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and garnish with a lime wedge and serrano slice.
