    • 2 oz. Gin
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
    • 1 oz. simple syrup
    • 5 mint leaves (muddle)
    • 6 raspberries (muddle)
    • 1 cucumber slice (muddle)
Method:
1. Muddle the mint, lemon, simple, raspberries, and cucumber. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with cucumber
