    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. Seven Tiki Rum
    • 3/4 oz. St. Germain Elder Flower liquor
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 2 sprigs of fresh mint (one for shake, one for garnish)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a glass with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve.
