1 1/2 oz. Sipsmith Gin
3/4 oz. Kleos Mastiha Greek liqueur
3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed
3/4 oz. Natalie’s ginger-carrot juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Method:
Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain over ice into wine glass. Top with Splash of Mionetto Prosecco and gently stir. Garnish with fresh lavender sprig.
