    • 2 oz. Carpano Bianco Vermouth
    • 1/2 oz. The Owls Brew Smoky Earl
    • 1 oz. Quid Prosecco
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Banana Puree, thawed
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • lime wheel (garnish)

Method:
1. Shake all ingredients except for the Prosecco with ice and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Top off with the Prosecco and stir briefly.
