    • 1.5 oz. Rhum Barbancourt White Rhum
    • .25 oz. Smith and Cross Navy Strength Rum
    • .5 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed
    • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
    • .5 oz.  Orgeat Works Ltd. T’Orgeat, Toasted Almond Syrup
    • 3 oz.  Q Ginger Beer
    • lime wheel (garnish)
1. In a shaker, combine Rhum Barbancourt, apricot, lime and orgeat syrup. Strain into chilled glass and fill with crushed ice. Top with Q Ginger Beer and float Smith and Cross Navy Strength. Add garnish.
