1 1/2 oz. Mezcal infused with yellow bell pepper
1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
1 oz. lime
1 bar spoon of vanilla paste
3 dashes of Scrappy’s Firewater
Method:
Add ingredients to shaker, add ice, shake and single strain into a collins glass with crushed ice.
