    • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Superior
    • 2 oz. Homemade Ginger Beer made with The Perfect Purée Ginger Sour blend, thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 sprig of mint
    • Lime wheel and mint (garnish)
Method:
1. In a mixing glass muddle mint add the rest of the ingredients with ice except ginger beer, shake and serve over the rocks and top with homemade ginger beer. Garnish with mint and lime wheel.
