| • | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
| • | Splash of club soda |
| • | Fresh cracked pepper |
| • | Lemon wheel |

| In a mixing glass combine all the ingredients with ice, except soda, add ice shake, top with soda and fresh crack pepper. Garnish with lemon wheel. Serve in a Collins glass. | |
