Cocktail Crate Ginger Bee syrup • 2 sage leaves Method: 1. Muddle one sage leaf at the bottom of a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Slap other sage leaf and float on top of glass as garnish.
