2 oz. Argonaut “Speculator” California Brandy
1/4 oz.The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed
3/4 oz. chamomile syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. Electrico Fino Sherry
Dash of aquafaba (chickpea brine)
Method:
Mix all ingredients and pour into a glass with ice. Garnish with blend of ground dehydrated citrus peels and chamomile tea (chamomile flower optional)
