1 1/2 oz. St Germain
1 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed
1 oz. dry vermouth
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
2 dashes of Scrappy Bitters Lime
Method:
In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredient with ice and shake. Serve over the rock and garnish with green apple and mint.
