Cantonese Sunrise Over Napa Valley

    • 1 oz. Meyer Lemon Vodka
    • 3/4 oz. Lychee Liqueur
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
    • 1/2 lime
    • soda water
    • Hawaiian lava sugar
    • Himalayan salt
Method:
1. Apply Hawaiian lava sugar and Himalayan salt to rim of glass, add ice and set aside. Combine all ingredients except soda into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker. Pour into glass with rimmer and top with soda. Serve.
