Students of the Institute of Culinary Education Cocktail Lab with Jonathan Pogash

    • 1 oz. Van Gogh Blue Vodka
    • 1 oz. Van Gogh Rich Dark Chocolate Vodka
    • 1/2 oz. POM Wonderful Juice
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed
    • strawberry slice on rim of glass (garnish)
    • 1 cup of ice

Method:
1. Shake ingredients, except for garnish, very well with ice and strain into a cocktail coupe glass.
