Coconut Cream Sauce

    • 1 tbsp. shallots, diced
    • 1/2 tbsp. garlic, diced
    • 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 tsp. The Perfect Purée Ginger,  thawed
    • 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Coconut,  thawed
    • 1/4 tsp. green curry
    • 3/4 cup cream
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and reduce by 1/3.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve sauce over Halibut and white rice.
