The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice • 3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water ratio) • slice of orange (garnish) • cherry (garnish) Method: 1. Add all ingredients, except for the Aperol, into a shaker with ice. Shake and double-strain into a rocks glass with crushed ice. Float Aperol on cocktail. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry.
