    • 1 1/2 oz. gin
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate,  thawed
    • 4 fresh basil leaves
    • 6 seedless red grapes
    • basil sprig and grape on a pick for garnish
1. In a pint glass, add gin, Key Lime Concentrate, simple syrup, Ginger puree and swizzle with bar spoon.
2. Add basil and grapes and hand press with a muddler
3. Fill glass with ice
4. Shake vigorously for 6 seconds
5. Strain into cocktail glass
6. Garnish
