    • 1 1/2 oz. Cazadores Reposado Tequila
    • 1/2 oz. St. Germain Liqueur
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 2 slices jalapeño (muddle)
    • Pineapple slice for garnish
Method:
In a mixing glass, muddle the jalapeño. Add all other ingredients and ice, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slices of jalapeño and pineapple. Serve.
