Dale DeGroff, King of the Cocktail

    • 2 oz. Barsol Quebranta Pisco
    • 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1 shiso leaf
    • 1/8 oz. yuzu juice or two dash of yuzu extract
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water)
    • grated lime rind and lime wheel for garnish
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a grated lime rind and a lime wheel. Serve.
