Peach La Rhone

    • 1 ½ oz. peppered gin
    • ½ oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed
    • ¾ oz. lemon juice
    • ¾ oz. simple syrup
    • splash of soda water
    • 2-3 sage leaves (for shake)
    • 1 sage leaf (for garnish)

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except soda water in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Add a splash of soda to the shaker before straining into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Place a sage leaf over the ice for garnish.
