    • 2 cups The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 cup The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree,  thawed
    • 2 cups simple syrup
Method:
1. Mix ingredients well and freeze in an ice cream maker.
