| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. Triple Sec |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 2 oz. sweet and sour mix |
| • | Lime (garnish) |
| • | Orange (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Sugar the rim of a margarita glass and fill with ice. Strain and pour into glass. Garnish lime wedge and orange wheel and serve with a straw. |
