1 1/2 oz. La Garrocha Amontillado
1/2 oz. Denizen 8-year
1/2 oz. coconut syrup using The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed (cut 1:1 with simple syrup)
1/2 oz. fresh pineapple juice
1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice, double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with dried and grated orange zest.
