    • 2 oz. Breaking & Entering Bourbon
    • 2 oz. Dogfishhead Punkin Ale
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Cranberry Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
Method:
1. Add all ingredients except the ale to mixing glass, add ice. Shake hard for up to 10 seconds. Strain into chilled old fashioned glass. Top with pumpkin ale, garnish with candied ginger & cranberry on bamboo skewer. Serve! Cheers!
