    • 1 1/2 oz. Ron Zacapa 23 Year Old Rum
    • 1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. Fresh lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. Simple syrup
    • 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
    • Mint sprig
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
