| • | 1 oz. Luxardo Fernet |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon, thawed |

| 1. | Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme and serve. |
