| • | 1/2 oz. Licor 43 |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. oolong tea syrup (tea syrup prepared as a 1:1 simple syrup with strong brewed oolong tea) |
| • | 1 egg white |
| • | Kold- Draft ice |
| Method: | |
| Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake to fluff egg whites. Add Kold-Draft ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. No garnish. The color is pretty enough on its own. | |
