    • 1 oz. tequila blanco
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Chipotle Sour,  thawed
    • 1 1/2 oz. Jones Cream Soda
    • 1 oz. water
    • 1/4 oz. lime juice
    • small slice pineapple
    • 1 small cinnamon stick
    • ice
    • lime wheel (for garnish)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients and serve over ice.
